Playlist: Grief and loss

It’s been 68 empty hours and 19 minutes (it’s 7.16am now) since we let go of our little girl and released her spirit into the ether.  The incredible pain she sustained transferred to us as we let her go.  The death of one usually conjures up some conversation and/or thought of memories of other deaths and our grieving process.  Music can be therapy, albeit somewhat trite.  Over the past few days, I thought of several songs that had run through my head to help with recent loss at the time, both past and present.  Taking a deep breath that is finally no longer shaky, here goes…
